How do I get my files?
Straight after checkout you'll see a download link. We also email it to you, so check the address you used at checkout.
What format are the files?
Each product page lists exactly what's included and the file formats, so you know what you're getting before you buy.
Which email platform do the flows work with?
The flows are written as plain copy with a flow map, so you can build them in whatever email platform you already use.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. That's the point. Swap in your brand name, your products and your voice.
Can I share the files with my team?
Yes, within your own business. Please don't resell them, share them publicly or pass them to other businesses.
Do you offer refunds?
Because files are delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. If a file is faulty or not as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
I didn't get my download email. Help?
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email hello@thefounderfile.com.au with your order number and we'll resend it.
